Overview

In compliance with international regulations, we have implemented a tailored KYC (Know Your Customer) process for Ukraine residents. This process is designed to ensure that our platform remains secure and compliant while accommodating users from Ukraine who are not residing in sanctioned regions.

Important Note:

• Sanctioned Regions: Residents of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions are currently blocked from accessing our services due to international sanctions.

• Exclusive KYC for Ukrainian Residents: Ukrainian residents from regions outside the sanctioned areas are eligible for a special KYC process that requires additional documentation.

KYC Process for Ukrainian Residents

Step 1: Request a KYC Session

  • Open a ticket inside Support channel by clicking on the button ¨KYC Ukraine Residents¨ to request a KYC session. Our support team will require you to provide an email.

  • Our support team will provide you with a unique URL to complete your KYC through our partner’s platform.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documentation

For this exclusive KYC process, you will need:

1. Valid Identification Document (ID): Any government-issued ID is acceptable (e.g., passport, national ID card).

2. Proof of Address: This is mandatory to verify your eligibility. Accepted documents include:

   • Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) issued within the last three months.

   • Bank statements issued within the last three months.

   • Official government correspondence.

Step 3: Complete the KYC Form

• Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the KYC.

• Upload your ID and Proof of Address as required.

• Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays in the verification process.

Step 4: Submit and Wait for Response

• Once you have completed the form and uploaded the necessary documents, submit your KYC application.

• The approval or rejection on your submission will be manually processed by an internal legal officer.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your KYC is approved or if any additional information is required.

Step 5: Contact Us for Activation

After receiving your KYC approval, you must contact us to enable your account for app interaction.
