💯Points System

The Internal Points System (XP) is our way of rewarding users for their active engagement and participation in the NodeTerminal platform. By completing various activities and achieving milestones, you can earn points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and benefits.

Eligible Actions for Earning Points

• Completing KYC: By just signing up and completing KYC, users can start their journey at NodeTerminal earning 50 XP points.

• Node Purchasing: Users earn points at a 1:1 ratio for every dollar spent on purchasing nodes (1 dollar spent, 1 point earned). The more nodes you buy, the more points you accumulate.

• Node Deployment: Users earn points at a 1:2 ratio for every dollar spent on deploying nodes (1 dollar spent, 2 points earned). The more nodes you deploy, the more points you accumulate.

Eligible Actions Coming Soon

• Staking: Participate in staking activities to earn points. The amount of points earned is proportional to the amount staked and the duration of the staking period.

• Voting: Engage in governance voting to earn points. Each vote cast in governance proposals contributes to your points balance.

• Community Engagement: Participate in community forums, discussions, and events to earn points. Contributions such as posts, comments, and event participation are rewarded.

• Bug Reporting: Help improve the platform by reporting bugs and issues. Verified reports earn points as a token of our appreciation.

Bonus on the Points System for Affiliate Program Participants

Affiliates and their referred users also accumulate an extra amount of points from spendings of their referred users. Both of them will receive tokens, ensuring aligned incentives and shared growth within the NodeTerminal ecosystem:

Bonus for the Affiliate

When a user referred by an Affiliate spends in purchasing or deploying nodes, the Affiliate will earn points as detailed:

• 1 points for each dollar spent by the referred user on purchasing nodes

• 2 points for each dollar spent by the referred user on deploying nodes

Bonus for the Referred User

When a user referred by an Affiliate spends in purchasing or deploying nodes, the Referred User will earn (extra/bonus) points as detailed:

• 1 (extra/bonus) points for each dollar spent by the referred user on purchasing nodes

• 2 (extra/bonus) points for each dollar spent by the referred user on deploying nodes

*Extra/bonus points are exactly the same in NodeTerminal's platform. This terms are used with the purpose of clearly showcasing that there is an extra amount on top of the base points for users participating in the Affiliate Program.

We have created an example to showcase the bonus points when becoming part of the Affiliate Program:

• User A (Affiliate) signs up to NodeTerminal and completes KYC

• User A (Affiliate) joins the affiliate program and shares his ref link with user B (Referred User)

• User B (Referred User) signs up to NodeTerminal using User A's ref link and completes KYC

• User A purchases $1,000 worth of node licences

• User B purchases $500 worth of node licenses

Total XP points count:

• User A (Affiliate): 1,550 XP

  • +50 XP for completing KYC

  • +1,000 XP for purchasing $1,000 in nodes

  • +500 XP from User B purchasing $500 in nodes (bonus points)

• User B (Referred User): 1,050 XP

  • +50 XP for completing KYC

  • +500 XP for purchasing $500 in nodes

  • +500 XP for purchasing $500 in nodes while being referred by User A (bonus points)

Redeeming Rewards (Coming Soon):

• Discounts on Node Licenses or deployment fees: Use your points to get discounts on the purchase or deployment of nodes. This makes it more affordable to expand your node operations.

• Access to Premium Features: Redeem points for access to premium features and tools that enhance your node management and monitoring capabilities.

• Exclusive Merchandise: Choose from a range of exclusive NodeTerminal merchandise, including branded apparel, accessories, and more.

• Special Offers: Take advantage of special offers and limited-time rewards available only to users with sufficient points.

Leaderboard and Achievements (Coming Soon):

• Points Leaderboard: Track your progress and compare your points with other users on our points leaderboard. Aim to reach the top and gain recognition within the community.

• Achievements and Badges: Unlock achievements and earn badges for completing significant milestones. Display your badges on your profile to showcase your contributions and dedication.

Special Events and Bonuses (Coming Soon):

• Event Participation: Participate in special events, challenges, and promotions to earn bonus points. These events are designed to encourage engagement and offer additional rewards.

• Referral Bonuses: Earn extra points by referring new users to NodeTerminal. Both you and your referrals benefit from bonus points when they join and participate in the ecosystem.

How to Get Started

1. Sign Up: Create an account on NodeTerminal if you haven't already. Log in to your user dashboard to access the Points System section, right in the Settings page.

2. Engage and Participate: Start participating in various activities such as the ones mentioned above to earn points.

3. Track Your Progress: Monitor your points balance, achievements, and leaderboard ranking through your user dashboard. Stay informed about your progress and identify opportunities to earn more points.

4. Redeem Rewards: Browse the rewards catalog and redeem your points for discounts, premium features, merchandise, and special offers. Enjoy the benefits of your active participation.
